What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to order from your website?

Absolutely. Your payment information is encrypted and secure. We never store your credit card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at supportlevelupfits.store@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help modify or cancel it. Once it ships, you'll need to follow our return process.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available and make the perfect gift for anyone leveling up their wardrobe.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you carry?

We're size-inclusive, offering XS–3XL across our collections. Every body deserves statement pieces.

How do I know what size to order?

Do your items run true to size?

Most of our pieces run true to size, but we include specific fit notes on product pages when items run small, large, or have a unique fit.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking info via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my package. What do I do?

Check with neighbors, verify your delivery address, and wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early). If it still doesn't show up, contact us at supportlevelupfits.store@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at supportlevelupfits.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

Who pays for return shipping?

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they're defective.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Product Quality & Care

What materials are your products made from?

Material details are listed on each product page. We curate pieces made from quality fabrics designed to last.

How do I care for my items?

Care instructions are included on the garment tag. When in doubt, hand wash or use a delicate cycle and hang dry to preserve quality.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us immediately at supportlevelupfits.store@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
